Source Wellness began with a simple belief: that the most powerful tools for health and happiness are found in nature. My own journey into wellness began almost 20 years ago, starting with studying nutrition while living in Sydney and leading to a degree in holistic health through Quantum University. The underlying truth is that wellness begins with nature, and studying how best to work with its natural rhythm.
It began with a personal quest to understand how we truly thrive, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. Through my experience with the restorative power of prolonged fasting, the intelligence of wholefood ingredients, and the incredible power of the mind, I realized that our bodies are designed to heal when we provide the right environment for them to do so.
Purity as a Standard
I wanted to bring the highest level of integrity to my community, and that is how Earthier was born. I struggled to find supplements that met my standards, so many products are filled with synthetic binders and "empty" ingredients the body doesn't recognize.
