We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed securely. Source Wellness does not store your payment card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within South Africa. Delivery timeframes and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA):

You may return an unopened product in its original condition within 10 business days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is not a perishable item or a product excluded from returns for health and hygiene reasons.
If a product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us at hello@sourcewellness.co.za within 5 business days of receipt.
We do not accept returns on opened consumable products (including supplements, powders, and tinctures) unless the product is defective.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.
