Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Overview
At Source Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging.

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, any items with a broken seal (such as supplements, tinctures, or oils) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Perishable goods: Food, health drinks, or supplements with a short shelf life.

Personal Care & Hygiene: Intimate items, sanitary goods, and opened skincare products.

Gift Cards and downloadable wellness programs or software.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or during a clearance event are final sale.
4. The Return Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Notification: Email us at earthier.za@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address: 2 Athos Court, Austwick Street, Rondebosch, Cape Town.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (at our discretion):

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approval: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at earthier.za@gmail.com
6. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Goods)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at earthier.za@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package with photographic evidence of the damage.
7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
8. Shipping Your Return

Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Risk: We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For items valued over R700, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
